Specializing in onshore, offshore, greenfield, and brownfield projects, Rocky excels in team leadership, operations excellence, Operations management, project management, and regulatory compliance.

    As the CEO and Co-Founder of CxSOOGMP LLC, Rocky has successfully led projects valued over $40 billion. Rocky also serves as the President and Founding Director of Renewable Power Energy Innovators Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to empowering minority communities and disadvantaged areas across the United States through solar projects.

    Lawrence Boysen is a veteran technology executive with over 25 years of experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, and cybersecurity, particularly in the energy, industrial, and construction sectors. As CTO of CxSO-OGMP, Lawrence leads the development and execution of our technology roadmap, leveraging AI, IoT, cloud, and data strategies to optimize project performance and decision-making.

    Prior to joining CxSO-OGMP, he directed large-scale technology modernization efforts—including secure cloud infrastructure, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms—that drove efficiency, transparency, and compliance. He also holds a U.S. patent for technology innovation in energy.
