    Rocky DeMello is a seasoned professional with extensive global experience in the oil and gas sector. Specializing in onshore, offshore, greenfield, and brownfield projects, Rocky excels in team leadership, operations excellence, Operations management, project management, and regulatory compliance.

    As the CEO and Co-Founder of CxSOOGMP LLC, Rocky has successfully led projects valued over $40 billion. Rocky also serves as the President and Founding Director of Renewable Power Energy Innovators Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to empowering minority communities and disadvantaged areas across the United States through solar projects.

    Rocky's career is marked by innovation, leadership, and a commitment to excellence, making a significant impact in the energy sector and beyond.

  • CTO / Chief Technology Officer

    Lawrence Boysen is a veteran technology executive with over 25 years of experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, and cybersecurity, particularly in the energy, industrial, and construction sectors. As CTO of CxSO-OGMP, Lawrence leads the development and execution of our technology roadmap, leveraging AI, IoT, cloud, and data strategies to optimize project performance and decision-making.

    Prior to joining CxSO-OGMP, he directed large-scale technology modernization efforts—including secure cloud infrastructure, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms—that drove efficiency, transparency, and compliance. He also holds a U.S. patent for technology innovation in energy.

    At CxSO-OGMP, Lawrence is responsible for integrating digital tools that weld field operations, project management, and enterprise systems into a unified ecosystem—delivering predictive analytics, automation, and real-time visibility across mission-critical initiatives.

    With over 25 years of experience across industry giants like BP, ConocoPhillips, Chevron, and Summit Midstream, Edward brings unmatched technical expertise and strategic insight to every project. His leadership at CxSO-OGMP reflects a commitment to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and innovative problem-solving. Known for his deep knowledge of cryogenic systems, asset integrity, and process troubleshooting, Edward is a trusted partner in driving safe, efficient, and forward-thinking energy solutions.
